Originally from Perthshire, central Scotland, Nicki has a strong background in Catering, Marketing, and Event Management, gained through extensive international travel and work. In addition to her role at BARNETT BAKER, Nicki serves as a trusted Consultant, drawing on her expertise to provide her experience in looking after guests and clients. Her impressive track record includes recognition as the Best Wedding Venue in Scotland in 2015 while working with a private estate. Nicki's dedication to customer service is further demonstrated through her role as the Customer Care trainer for the Scottish Country Sports Tourism Group. She has developed a specialized course for individuals involved in providing country sports in Scotland and is a regular guest speaker at events hosted by BASC and Scottish Land and Estates.
Trading under the name 'BARNETT BAKER since 2019, the business originally enjoyed the previous 15 years working with clients
as 'Highland Lodges'.
Nicki founded the business in 2004 and has since developed a distinguished portfolio of bespoke and professional services, along with a network of service providers.
